Opt out of calls, texts, and email

If you want us to stop contacting you, we'll stop. You don't have to explain why, and you can ask through whichever channel is easiest.

Fastest ways to opt out

• Text: reply STOP to any message from us.
• Phone: tell whoever is calling to put you on the do-not-call list. That's enough — you don't need specific wording.
• Email: write to privacy@fairhavenclaims.com with the phone number or email address you want removed.
• Mail: Windward Leads LLC, REPLACE WITH REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS.

What happens next

We record the request and suppress your number across our systems and the representatives we've shared it with. Federal rules give us ten days to process it; we aim for the same day. If you keep hearing from someone after that, tell us at privacy@fairhavenclaims.com and include the number that called so we can trace it.

Delete my information entirely

Opting out stops contact but keeps a suppression record — that's how we make sure you aren't contacted again. If you'd rather we delete everything else we hold, email privacy@fairhavenclaims.com and say so.

The National Do Not Call Registry

You can also register your number for free at donotcall.gov. That registry limits telemarketing generally, though it doesn't override consent you've given to a specific company.
