You can apply for Social Security disability benefits yourself, at no cost, at ssa.gov, by calling 1-800-772-1213, or at your local Social Security office. You are never required to use a representative, and using one does not increase the benefit amount you would receive.

We are not a law firm

Fairhaven Claims is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. We connect people with independent attorneys and accredited non-attorney representatives who handle Social Security disability claims. Those representatives are solely responsible for the services they provide.

What representation costs

Representatives who take Social Security disability cases are generally paid only if the claim is approved. Under federal law their fee comes out of past-due benefits and is capped at 25% of those benefits or $9,200, whichever is less. You do not pay Fairhaven Claims anything.
